Duties

  • Provide world class customer support via multiple channels

  • Responsible for verification, and correction if needed, of customer documentation and orders for products

  • Accurately entering purchase orders

  • Demonstrate exceptional soft skills in every customer interaction by conveying a positive attitude

  • Work together with the customer service team and other departments, such as shipping, production, formulation, laboratory, and finance

  • Answer incoming telephone calls and emails regarding status updates on customer orders

  • Document all incoming customer complaints and inform the technical service team

  • Increase the customer retention rate by proactively contacting customers and identifying any needs they may have

Candidate

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous customer service experience a must (Previous sales experience is helpful)

  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management skills required

  • Computer literate

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Multi-task oriented

  • Must have the ability to follow and understand written protocols
